Notre histoire
In business since 1992, Capital Augusta manages a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings across Montréal. Maintenance, renovations and building care are handled by our own teams, which keeps the standard consistent from one building to the next.
Our buildings sit in established neighbourhoods — Plateau-Mont-Royal, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, De Lorimier, Mile End, Villeray and Côte-Vertu in Ville Saint-Laurent.
More than three decades, from triplexes to towers of 150-plus units, taught us one thing: a well-run building shows in the details. Upkeep that doesn’t linger, cared-for common areas, and someone who answers.

Notre approche
Each of our buildings is managed with care and attention by our management and maintenance team, available throughout the week. On weekends, our superintendents remain easy to reach, so our tenants always have someone close by.
